    Climate Change Adaptation in New York City: Building a Risk Management Response

    2009 Report

    Funded through a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation and modeled on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the New York City Panel on Climate Change (NPCC) was launched in August 2008 as part of the City’s long-term sustainability plan (PlaNYC) to advise on issues related to climate change and adaptation. This issue presents the NPCC report issued in February 2009.
